"Problem solving = zero. Asked for beach towels got the reply that the hotel was not on the beach so no towels, no info that you need to reserve parking, no info for the first night that you need reservation for eating, asked for a fan - we don't have and no aircond either.... was the answer. Finally, when checking in they asked for more money with the excuse that I not stayed with the chain earlier.
