"Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc."

"Looked quite run down from the outside, the room was clean but bathroom sockets not working so no where to use hair dryer, fridge cupboard door broken and remote control for tv broken. On the plus side towels were changed every day and staff friendly"

"I scheduled three rooms in March under my name for my family for three rooms. When we checked in our three rooms were all the same with two queens with a mandatory deposit that the desk clerk guaranteed us to get our deposit back for all three rooms. Hopefully, the property will do the right thing and refund each room, as the desk clerk said we would get the deposit when we checked out. PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT."

"Stopped unexpectedly do to storm. About the only thing nice I can say about this place was the front desk guy was great. Place was dirty and in disrepair. Broken AC laying in the hall, carpet worn through in many places. Bed were old , creaky, and musty. Comforter was dirty. Bathrooms were cleaned mid century at best. Was definitely not quality. Was kind of surprised at the price versus value."

"The hot tub was broken, literally only reason I booked that hotel, pool had bugs all in it no towels available, door from pool to hotel was broken had to call hotel to get let in. Bug in my daughters eggs, ice machine broken on floor I was on, couch bed was horrid worst bed I've ever had to sleep on. Overcharged for all that was price the money I spent was wasted on a terrible hotel that is supposed to be a very well named hotel. Overall experience was I wish I had picked another hotel. Just...

"This was a super clean , quiet property. You can tell the owners really care about it and take care of it. It’s safe with security patrolling and has a nice pool. We would definitely stay here again. They do charge a security deposit."

"This is the worst place I have ever stayed hands down! Stuff growing on the walls between the a/c and the window. Lots of people smoking pot and drinking in the parking lot. I rented the room site unseen. No towels or soap. I am 6-2”, 280 lbs and I not afraid of much but staying here scared me to death!! Checked in around 11:30 at night checked out at 5:00 am. Never stay here, took forever to check in and check out 1 person working the desk. Never again!"
