"I really love staying here it was very comfortable. The rooms were very spacious. The area is near transport so you won't have to walk around so much. But even if you wanted to it's still great. "The Host was very helpful. He came to pick me up from the airport and this was very useful. The house is in a good location very close to the KCC which was very useful to me. The house was relatively clean and comfortable except for a few quickly addressed challenges. However, the place needs a fan especially when the weather is a bit warm. I would stay here again if I find myself in Kigali. "

"In my over 20 years working booking via Expedia, I have never seen anything like I experienced with White Stone last night. They did not have my booking and were not expecting me. Long and short, I roamed outside for several hours into midnight and beyond, until I found a place. Lots of calls on international roaming, with taxi prices going up at midnight. Even Expedia could not help with a replacement Expedia, please refund my money writ to points used, thank you Whitestone must be deleted...

"We had a terrible experience with this place! 1. We had NO WiFi for the entire stay; we had to purchase our own wireless modem from MTN for 45000 FRW ($35). We should be refunded for this! 2. We found ants in the apartment and we reported it, but it took the staff 2 DAYS to finally do something about it! 3. We found the apartment missing kitchen utensils (no plate, no forks, no spoons); we complained several times and we were finally given these items on day 4! 4. The trash bin was not...
