No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. "We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. The walk in shower was excellent. The air con was good in the main room (sofa bed) but we found the separate room (2 double beds) was quite warm because of the heatwave. The beds were comfy. Air conditioning, which is listed under amenities is a fan that they placed in the room. Also little space in the bathroom. No hook to hang up any towel. Gotta be creative! Lots of parking spots available."
