"Have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's always clean and like the amenities. A short walk to Rundle Mall. However was disappointed this time with the breakfast hot food. Was told they have a new chef. Didn't have any other meals there so don't know how they compare.

"Couldn't fault a thing! The room was clean, modern, high tech, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel's restaurant was fabulous and the hotel staff.... amazing! The valet parking was a breeze and very welcomed. Proximity to the Mall is within short walking distance and it's in a safe area. This is probably the best hotel we've stayed in around Australia. We will make this our go-to for all future visits to Adelaide."

"A very well managed hotel. We stayed 7 nights and our room a club king was wonderful. We had a hiccup with A/C but management moved us and looked after it promptly. A new hotel with plenty of thoughtful touches. Parking is a block and a half away - large and clean parkade. Staff from bellman to Exchange Lane, Reception and Penny Lane were helpful, eager, friendly and service was excellent. Thank you Thisuri and Mai for your outstanding service.
