"The lobby and bar were lovely. The room run down. Loudest toilets I’ve ever heard. The walls vibrated when doors closed next door. Horrible service in the bar. Literally, we waited 40 minutes (then gave up and left) for a drink with 3 people in the bar and 2 employees. The front desk people were efficient and friendly."

"I didn't like the fact that the staff never explained the amenities in its entirety. Also, when I was using a rideshare I asked the front desk for directions and the lady pointed me in the wrong direction. I should have known better by how fast and confuse her face looked when she responded to my question. I just hate the fact that I trusted her response. Most importantly the $29 daily fee was never mentioned upon check-in; I later found out that it was on a card the size of a room key that was...

"I found the front desk staff to be abrupt and unhelpful on the telephone. They were nice in person. I was in the annex building on the fifth floor. I stepped off the elevator and the floor had a moldy odor. The room was old but clean in appearance but was very moldy smelling. The sink and tub didn’t drain and the air conditioner was extremely loud. The hotel did send maintenance up who kindly cleared the drains and opened a window which helped with the mold odor but made for a very loud night...
