L7 Chicago by LOTTE
10/10 Excellent
"This was my first time in Chicago and my first stay at an L7. Upon check-in, Alex provided excellent customer service. From the moment we entered, he greeted us warmly and ensured everything was in place. Alex was helpful and clearly enjoyed making his customers happy. I also used the valet service, and the valet team was helpful and on point. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, 5 stars all around. Thank you."
