"The hotel and suite were wonderful, I had the best view! The food choices were nice and the staff was amazing. The only issue I encountered was a group of teen boys who got on the elevator with me and tried to intimidate me into using my key card so they could go to another floor. When I resisted, they called me racist and crowded in on me. I was able to get off the elevator before the doors closed and onto another one without incident. "The hotel is very nice, the staff also. However, we had no housekeeping fir 3 days, no bed made up, fresh towels and no coffee restocked in our room. We had to go aak at the desk."
