"My 2nd stay. Clean, clean rooms! My grand children love it here! Love the pool, even though the pool room was very hot! Front desk staff were very helpful. Paid a $100 deposit but still have not seen it returned yet. This is my only concern as a single parent grandmother. Other than that/ I do like this hotel. Many amenities and places around town and things to do. Will definitely stay again."

"Worked for our purposes. The room was clean and the kitchen stocked with items for the two of us. Would have been kind of nice to have two pieces of silverware per person. The hotel does not have an ice machine. They’ll give you a small garbage bag of ice if you ask at the front desk. Inconvenient. The hotel was replacing carpet during our stay. I understand this has to happen and there is probably never a perfect time. However, they could have not booked sections and worked those sections. We left our room at 9am on a Monday morning and had to leap over a section of carpet glue and maneuver around 3 guys crawling in the hall. Don’t book that hall for a day or 2! Simple as that."

"They have definitely been updates since I was there two years ago. They have repainted the building all the way around. You now need your room pass card to get into the conference room where they serve your continental breakfast. Post looks good. Workout room looks good. They keep a good job on housekeeping, but you do have to ask to be serviced because they don’t do it every day. Other than that, it’s an excellent location your food near Kohl’s if you need something more personal all kinds of things so I will give it a thumbs up."

"The hotel was very clean. Staff was pleasant and the actual rooms were in good condition. Bathroom looked newly renovated and the window dressing were really unique and pretty. Better than drabby old curtains. Would stay there again"
