The room looked clean, however the floors left my socks dirty. The Non-Smoking room smelled like smoke.

Best Western PLUS Ruston Hotel
The room was not clean. Carpets need to be cleaned. The phone was disconnected and the carbon monoxide alarm was taking down from the ceiling. The biggest thing was the air conditioning did not work. He was very warm in the room. The staff told us that night that they were full and could not move ...
