"Didn’t feel like a 4Star experience at. I had to request changes of linens and towels two separate days. Elevators were out of service for around two hours one of the days of my stay. I had to walk down from the 20th floor."

"The hotel is older and needs an update. The floors were filthy and you could see dirt in all the corners. We also had bugs. The breakfast was mediocre - undercooked scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins and cereal. The walls are thin, we stayed 4 nights and heard the people above us, around us, and everyone ..."
