"We stayed for 3 nights, arrived a little early for the check-in time and our room was already available. So, we were able to settled in pretty quick and enjoyed our stay. The staff in the lobby is super nice and friendly. There is a unlimited coffee and tea in the lounge open from 8am-12mn which we loved. The only downside is we get up a little early than that 😅. "The hotel is right on the main road through Nanaimo and I first thought it might be too noisy but it wasn't. The room is well constructed to provide a nice nights sleep. Pictures in the ad are accurate. If you travel with a dog there is a nice enclosed back area for exercise."
