"The best part of the stay was the staff, everyone was kind and helpful. We visited on a holiday weekend that coincided with a wedding there, and it was obvious they were quite busy and things were a little hectic with coordination. They handled it well and were very accommodating to us despite some delays with our room availability and a technical issue. My only complaint is that the room had some slight issues - ill fitting bedding and the wallpaper was peeling off the bathroom wall."

"Rooms are very clean and spacious. Parking is great and easily accessible. Really can’t beat the location! All of Old Town shops and restaurants are within walking distance and it’s a short drive to the Omaha Zoo and Lauritzen Gardens. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"The room was very nice. The Starbucks party for breakfast was not a very good option. The ice machine on the BR level was broken, which is the only one you can use before 8am."

"It was small and simple. The person who checked us in was so sweet and funny. I really liked her. They need more than one cart to bring in luggage and I had to ask for an extra wash cloth and hand towel for out room because there was only one of each for 2 people. Other than that, it was a good experience."

"Pool was very small, cold, sand in the bottom and pool grates on the bottom that were painful if you stepped on them. No hot tub, filled in with cement. Staff were all excellent and helpful. Location not the best. Also have to wait and see if I get charges credited back to my account as I had parking charges "pending" double the amount of the cost."
