"Savonlinna Rentals is modern and spotlessly tidy throughout. It’s very close to the Savonlinna train station. It has fast WIFI and a good number of bathrooms (shared). Lastly it is relatively inexpensive. I would definitely stay again."

"Absolutely loved the atmosphere! Old school turned into a hotel, wood-fired sauna in its own building, food and herbs from their own garden. Bathtub was good-sized, bed was surprisingly comfortable and I personally loved that I could open the windows in my suite. Little bit of creaking here and there, but it didn't bother me. "Fantastic cabin on the iconic Saimaa lake . Very clean , comfortable and well situated . Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Very child friendly with a lot of amenities from boating, paddle boarding to biking all included in the price . Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the future ! "

"Great location by the lake, with beautiful views. This is an older property which has been repurposed. It would be great if they redid the interiors to make it more comfortable, although it is an interesting view of an older hotel. It faces the sun in the morning, so the rooms get quite hot and opening the windows can only cool it so much, so it was quite warm in the evening. This was mid-summer, so perhaps in the winter this works well. The breakfast option was good. Young staff, helpful and courteous."
