Плохая работа ресепшн.

Огорчило отношение персонала, нет координации сотрудников ресепшн между собой. Ответ на претензию:«Мне никто не сказал». Из-за этого полное несовпадение заказанного завтрака и ужинов, не соответствовало заказанному, цена завышена на еду неадекватно.Обешали вернуть дентги за завтрак и ужин, т.к. не стал пользоваться данной,услугрй, прошло более 2 суток 450 р. не вернули деньги.Буду надеяться все де дождаться.

Это не отель а смесь хостелы и малосемейки.

Это не отель. Это просто ночлежка. На четвертом этаже стены из картона, слышно не только как люди общаются через номер. Но и смыв унитаза в другом конце коридора. Находится на окраине. Вокруг воинские части. Персонал - отзывчивый. Еда - в кафе, которое находится довольно далеко от отеля. Интернет не работает (сказали что на ремонте). В общем: только переночевать при наличии своей машины и крепкого сна.

Family stay

The hotel is located several miles from downtown - not convenient for sightseeing in Ryazan. In general the apartment was cosy with TV and kitchen. However some things were missing, for example corkscrew was not available and receptionist didn't have it. Breakfast was included however it was scanty: porridge and local cheesecakes with black tea. I had to ask for additional roll of toilet paper as spare roll was not left. Parking is available in front of the hotel.

Good and clean place to spend one night

On a 1 week road trip this was a good and clean place to spend one night. Little language barrier 'cos I don't speak any Russian, but we managed just fine. I think that they have only double beds available. So book your own rooms if you don't trust your friend :)

Комфортный отель на родине Есенина

Отель чистый, в нем безопасно и спокойно. На ресепшн девушки с радостью помогают и еду заказать и такси вызвать, отзывчивые.
