"Clean room & exceptionally friendly housekeeping staff. Location (walking distance to MET Museum) was fantastic for a weekend of museum hopping! Also, the rooms were incredibly soundproofed & quiet. Highly recommend! There are gym & laundry facilities as well on the lower level."

The room itself was large but very dated, I’m unsure where the pictures on the website were taken but our room for sure was not used. We had a garden view which was quiet. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. I would not stay here again."

Parking is a bit of an issue (the nearby garage recommendation has a 30min - 1h notification period to get the car ready) but overall the hotel is in pristine condition. "We got lucky and received a free upgrade to a Pent House room! The location is great, just a few blocks from Central Park in one direction and Times Square in the other. There are bus stops and subway entrances close by. It was easy to make pit stops at the hotel when we would be passing thru or hanging out in the neighbourhood."

"The staff was great, the location was room was clean, water pressure was excellent and hot, air conditioning was good, breakfast good. The location to the many museums and Central Park was wonderful. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. Bed was very comfortable."
