"We got there ant 2 ann and was forced to wait while they did a night audit. That in itself I understand but after we waited 15 minutes we were given a key that didn’t work. When they finally got an override key they realized someone was in the room. We were told we were getting an upgrade from 2 queens to a suite but it only had 1 bed. "If I could give it a zero I would!! Sleeping with roaches in your room is absolutely disgusting and unhealthy. I got up in the middle of the night to pee and saw a roaches in my belongings. I managed to kill one of them and have pictures. This was at 1:30am and I was leaving at 8am the same day."
