"We were disappointed with the room allocated to us, as the wallpaper was peeling of the walls, there was huge crack in the shower tray and the carpet was torn and taped. We asked for another room, which we got and it was much better. The staff were really great about it and everything else. It's a pity the bar in the lobby area is not open now as it was when we visited a few years ago. It's a good hotel, but needs to be brought up to a better standard."

"The hotel was having an issue with hot water and AC during my stay, but the staff were very apologetic. The issues were beyond their control and they let us know what was going on, so I did not count it against them in my rating. I loved the doorman who was very courteous and helpful. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. There was no view, but the room was very quiet and private."

"Great staff!!! Nice, clean, comfortable room. Room was definitely small but the extra little touches made up for it. Quiet but convenient street that felt safe. No restaurant on site but plenty of places within walking distance and their in house 'store' was well stocked. Room was a little warm the first night but once the AC kicked in it was fine. Would stay here again! Really great staff!!!"

"The hotel was clean and well located to many attractions. The rooms were comfortable and the bed VERY comfortable. I liked that the hotel was attached to the Italian restaurant we chose to go to. I was very disappointed in check in, there was one computer working, the staff didn’t look at you when asking questions, it was hard to hear because the lobby was loud. "Arrived at 11:45pm. Small issue with my booking and the front desk attendant not only refused to hear me out but them denied me my booking. I was left to find a new hotel after midnight, a single woman, traveling alone. Fortunately, Management heard my complaint the next morning and offered a full refund. This hotel has been great for me in the past—great location and nice rooms. But unfortunately, I can’t book there again after this experience with one of their Staffers. Hope this is an...
