"I booked this hotel on the basis of it being slightly out of the centre and therefore quieter. However I had the worst night sleep of my life as there was an all night rave going on in the hotel (an organised event!) and I was on the first floor above it. The bed was literally vibrating from the bass and when I phoned down at 3.16am I was told by reception ‘there is noting we can do’. Awful, not what I expect from Hyatt."

"I stayed at this Hotel for a couple nights. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, but the decor needs refreshing. I had dinner in the Bar area on two occasions and the food was fantastic - well done to the Chefs. During the second night visit to the Bar, it was quite busy and there was only one operative doing everything (serving, making cocktails, clearing tables etc). "Clean, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful with the need for extra pillows. We didn’t have breakfast but you can pay for it if you wish. Only issue was the lighting panel was on the headboard and it kept waking us up when one of us moved in the night and only way to stop this was to take the key card out the wall meaning no power, was a little frustrating. "Lovely hotel and rooms. Staff are helpful. Only downside is no kettle or drinks in room. Each floor has a drink station for tea, coffee and water which is well stocked but having to go out for drinks is a little tedious plus no milk anywhere "

"This is a very nice boutique hotel located directly in the city center within walking distance to many of Krakow's cultural attractions. I was traveling with my son so we booked a large suite that had two queen beds, something that is a very rare find in Europe, at a reasonable price through Expedia.
