"Very clean, staff was very helpful for check in and local tips, great location very easy to walk to all shops, restaurants, festival, bus and trains. As a mother daughter staying alone in another country we felt very safe there. Only thing missing was room service but we did fine without, there was a convenient bar/cafe in lobby."

"Very central and walkable location to tons of fun activities in Munich. Extremely close to nice restaurants and even a grocery store if you need some extra items. I really didn’t like that housekeeping comes at 8am- this was not a common experience among any of our other stays in Europe, and there was also no placard or sign for do not disturb, so we had to verbally tell the person to come later. Otherwise, the place was fantastic and the breakfast buffet was outstanding."

"The hotel was quite a bit away from the centre, which meant we had to plan a little more to get to various places on our visit. However, once we got used to the various routes it was fine. The flag is a lovely hotel, with good facilities although we didn’t really use them on this short visit. It was a clean spacious room, very quiet and with good available kitchen facilities. Breakfasts were good and with good choices - buffet style - the only caveat was that due to local events the breakfast area did become busy but the staff did very well to keep it moving and ensure space for guests. Apart from location which could have been better, it was a comfortable stay."
