"Great location and room was still new enough to be in a lovely condition. Easy check in and check out, with a convenient restaurant and bar on site. The let down comes from house-keeping. The vanity in the bathroom had a blue ring (soap or similar) when we arrived and even when we asked for the bathroom to be restocked (toilet paper! "After staying in multiple properties across the South Island of New Zealand, including multiple hotel stays in Queenstown, this place is most definitely not a 5-star worthy hotel, 3 stars at best.
