"When I first entered the grounds I saw a sign “strictly no one under 18 “ I thought abit odd. Then as I was taken to the room I found out why the side of the building looked off … they are all garage doors to hide your car from prying eyes !! The room is upstairs above the garage !!!! They placed the blame on Expedia, but having worked in the hotel industry myself, I know this was likely due to their failure to properly update their system and manage availability. I was traveling with luggage, a baby, and a child, and this situation was incredibly stressful. I had to wait three exhausting hours to sort out alternative...

"The staff was not friendly a girl stole money and gold from my room. Although they have cctv the picture was horrible couldn't see her face. The room was horrible very old. The pool was excellent but a charge of100 php per person. We had to leave after one week because of conditions and staff i do not recommend that place"
