"I’ve stayed at NYBR twice now (about to make my third reservation). It has nice, clean rooms. The housekeepers do a great job. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. There are 4 pools (including the one for kids, which is like a little water park). There are cute cats on property, which I love. The room service is fantastic. The food is so good & a good price. I just really love this place so much. "

"The Avista is a great spot but it could generate considerably increased business with the older set if it put rails along entry steps to the lobby and all other stairways which are dangerous for all residents irrespective of age.
