Property was highly unique and looked spectacular. The room was as well , but lacked clothing storage and the floors were cold without carpet. Bed / pillows was fantastic and easy to sleep on. Refrigerator was not very cold. I would go back to this hotel in the future.

Overall, we had a pleasant time. Great location. However, Front desk is so busy all the time with herds of people coming in and it’s hard to get quick service. Hotel is beautiful but food is very mediocre from breakfast buffet to the dinner that is pretty pricey. Wine is very expensive there. The highlight of the hotel was the swimming pool and it’s so nice that they close at 9pm.

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel de la Coupole – MGallery! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel well taken care of. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and made our experience even more special. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and everything contributed to a comfortable and memorable stay. We truly appreciated the beautiful atmosphere, outstanding hospitality, and attention to detail. This hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. We would definitely recommend Hôtel de la Coupole – MGallery and would love to stay here again!

Amazing beautiful place. So much character and charm. Pool was spectacular. Great location. Gym is underwhelming. Bed could have been more comfortable. Other than these 2, could not have asked for anything more.

Best parts of the hotel was the view and the breakfast, absolutely amazing. Hotel itself is around seven years old, so reasonably new although some parts makes it look older. Bell boys were exceptionally, clerks were not particularly engaging and most would barely even look up when you walk in. Breakfast options was staggering, something there for everyone, although it is on the expensive side. Staff remember people who h is always a bonus, lady who took coffee orders knew exactly what we have from previous day. Overall a good experience and not bad value.

The hotel design and architecture are unique, however it showed some aging signs or due to poor maintenance (cracked floors, old carpet, peeled paint, and a strong moldy smell in the indoor pool area). I was disappointed bc i so looked forward to use the pool. The positives are the helpful staff, uncomparable buffet breakfast, a private pasage to the Fansipan ticket station, and the WOW pass to Fansipan (valued at 500k vnd) exclusively for staying guests. The hotel is located in the center of town where you could walk to the stone church, cultural center, and the love market (Saturday night only). Overall, it is a good place to stay.

The best hotel in Saba without a doubt. The architecture in every detail is outstanding. The food is Michelin star quality. Both the buffet breakfast, and the dinners have been excellent under the leadership of a German chef. The staff caters to your every need.

It’s my 2nd time stating here and both experiences have been amazing! I have stayed in a deluxe room and a suite and they’ve been clean, beautiful with great balcony views overlooking the town. The spa was great and the restaurant was amazing! The Sa Pa fried rice and Pho were delicious. Staff has always been polite and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel
