Smells really bad in the elevator, the bed is very uncomfortable, hard mattress, be careful there's stain on the blanket, service was great and super nice :)
Great stay, we loved it! Super soft beds, cute roo
This hotel was so nice! We loved the view and the room was spacious and very pretty. We especially loved the adorable pretend fireplace. The beds were so soft and comfy and it felt like sleeping on a cloud in a cloud (it is a really, really soft bed so if you need it firm be informed). The staff was so helpful and kind and super nice! They were so attentive! The included breakfast was ok, but the cafe downstairs is great for drinks and for hanging out if it’s rainy.
It was a great experience
The hotel is very near 10 minutes walk to sun plaza station for fansipan
Host Kenny was very nice he woke up at 6.30 for breakfast for us.
He is very responsive and if you are planning to go to fansipan i would recommend to get the desk from hotel it’s cheaper than buying tickets at the spot.
Climate was very nice
We took a sleeper bus from Hanoi, so when the bus needed us off at 06:00 (as we arrived at 03:15 and the driver let us sleep longer), it was kind of the hotel to let us use the bathroom and sort our bags before leaving them at reception. There was no chance for an early check-in thus this was good enough service. We organised a guided tour with them, which arrived at almost 10:00 and not 09:30, but that's fine. When we did check-in after the guided tour, our room was in a great condition compared to our Hanoi hotel. It was spacious, but the only complaint we have is how soft the bed is. It was like sleeping on a marshmallow. The shower was fine, pressure was good and hot water was evidently present. For breakfast included, it was a good spread for a bufffer - coffee, tea, orange juice, yoghurt, fresh fruit (apple, banana and watermelon), Pho Gai (Vietnamese Chicken Noodle) - made on the spot, fried rice, fried noodles, crepes, bread, fried egg, jams, cold cuts, cucumber and tomato. Had a bit of everything to ensure we were stocked up for the hikes we did. Overall, it was a great stay!
The view was so nice and its location also close to cat cat village and other rated restaurant. Their service also was great. The hotel was clean and quite.
The receptionist was extremely helpful, we made a transportation booking with our previous hotel in Hanoi who did not give us a confirmation of the booking. The staff went lengths to help us contact and reach out to the previous hotel. We were really grateful and it had been a pleasant stay at Sapa Hills Hotel!
We really like our stay there. Is good to know they don't have elevator from the lobby to the first floor and nobody helps you with the luggage. Also, there are only fruits and rice in the breakfast for vegans.

Well located to trekking the area.
There is a great walking trail up behind the church. ( lots of steps and slopes- not for persons with a cane!)

The hotel staff were very helpful, especially the hotel manager. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and breakfasts were good. Location was in a busy street which was noisy and made worse while we were there by building works going on through the night. This made our stay more challenging due to lack of sleep. However on the night that there was no building work going on, it was relatively quiet. It would suit travellers on a lower budget.

Amaazing view
The hotel is well situated for Sapa town it has an amazing view , but at the rate they are building in Sapa at the moment I hope it keeps its view. Good breakfast but very noisy as it is on a busy road and there is lots of construction in Sapa at the moment
The hotel is new and clean, the view from window and 5th floor are amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful, we had late breakfast when they already cleared out everything but the girl there was nice enough to offer us a meal with bread, omelet and pancakes. The road to the hotel is small and dirty since there are a lot of hotels are under construction, it can be noisy in the morning too but it's really literary constructions everywhere so you need to accept that. Overall nothing to complain about and would recommend it for everyone
The girls in the reception were very nice and friendly, but the hotel itself isn't much worth: the rooms are very humid and not insulated, and because there are construction sites all around, it's absolutely impossible to sleep after 6am.
It is a shame to see what's happening in Sapa - nothing to do with this hotel, of course, but still very sad :-(
