"I would give this place 6 stars if I could! Absolute heaven.
We had the most wonderful stay here and honestly couldn’t fault it.
The staff were exceptional. Every single person we met was so warm, welcoming and friendly. A huge credit to the hotel.
Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The bed was really comfortable, the shower was great and there was plenty of storage space. The air con worked perfectly and was surprisingly quiet. Despite being right in the heart of Alcúdia Old Town, the room was peaceful with very little noise from outside. There’s a small fridge in the room, and the hotel also provides robes, slippers, beach towels and even a beach bag, which were lovely little touches.
One of our favourite parts of the hotel was the dip pool with massage jets. It was the perfect place to cool off and relax. The whole hotel has such a calm, peaceful and romantic atmosphere, and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into all the little details. We also loved the honesty bar!
The location couldn’t have been better. You’re just a few steps from all the restaurants and shops, but tucked away enough that it still feels quiet and relaxing. We hired a car and were able to stop outside briefly to unload our luggage before parking. There are three free car parks just a short walk away. It’s also a great base for exploring the island, with beautiful beaches nearby.
We can’t wait to come back!"
"We arrived late to fine the hotel locked up. I had completed online checkin in advance and messaged via hotels.com to let them know we would be arriving late but not heard anything back. Hotels.com info stated reception until midnight and 24 hour assistance but at 2315 all locked up and dark. I called the number on hotels.com and got the ough to a central reservation number who were no help. I than called the 'only in emergency' number on the door and got a night porter who told us how to access the apartment. It was a little inconvenient but no harm done.
The apartment was good. Good beds, hanging space and good in-room facilities. I liked it. It was clean and had outdoor furniture. We were ground floor and unfortunately didnt have a view but it was quiet and comfortable. Some rooms would have very nice views. The apartment was spacious as was the terrace.
Breakfast was pretty good, the selection on the 'treat trolley' varied each day, fresh cookies, doughnuts and cava were what we experienced. The coffee was good. It was difficult to find somewhere to sit in the shade at peak breakfast time but we always managed in the end.
Didn't use the pools but looked ok, we rented beach towels we went out for the day. Location is up a hill, we never struggled to find free parking. Overall, I liked it and would go again."
"We had a wonderful stay at ARA Alcudia. Leading up to our stay we received check in information from Paco who was a friendly and welcoming host throughout our stay. We arrived late to the hotel to check in, the check in was straight forward and the next working we received a warm welcome from Catalina with helpful advice as to where to visit and rent bikes from for the week. The breakfast offering was perfect and a great start to the day. The location is wonderful for exploring around the old town. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. If we are to visit again we would definitely love to try the room with the plunge pool to cool off in the summer heat. We can’t thank the team enough for our wonderful stay. Highly recommend."
"We were upgraded, but the apartment was very large, clean and well-equipped. The only issue was with Expedia’s check-in instructions, which were to do this at their sister hotel a short distance away. Unable to do as instructed by Expedia, we rang the helpline to find out that check in is done at the apartments. Once this was established, all was well - and the person on the helpline was very professional"
"This was our second visit and we will be going back. Family / friends owned and exceptional service. In the heart of Alcudia, couldn’t be in a better position. I don’t want to rate it well so people don’t find it!!!!"
"The hotel is quite large but clean and beautifully maintained.
The rooms are spacious with good sized balconies and extremely comfortable beds.
Our bathroom was on the small size but had good amenities.
The beach is not as sandy as it once was, but the sea is crystal clear.
The staff in the hotel are all delightful.
I’m sure we will return to the hotel whenever we return to Mallorca."
"The location was very good close to everything parking across the street was available short walk to the beach and many restaurants. Breakfast was great. Staff was really helpful and the rooms were clean and pleasant. Adrian was especially helpful in booking a tour for us. They had live music nightly. Our staff was very pleasant and helpful."
