"We had 2 nights at the hotel . The air conditioning did not work on the first night which made the room unbearable. However the staff Especially a gentleman called Nonu went the extra mile with us. He ensured that any enquiry or request was dealt with professionally and therefore made the stay run smoothly and friendly"

"The hotel was gorgeous. I have never been to a hotel so clean. The staff work constantly to keep up the very high standards. The pool area (2 pools) were lovely to cool off as was very hot. Gorgeous views from the pool looking onto the lake. Easy to get around - bus 324 arrives every 10 minutes (just around the corner) and takes you to Port D’Alcudia and Old Town. Food around the hotel was not great, however the Indian restaurant (Delhi Haveli) near the hotel was really tasty. You should also go for Tapas at Merlet at Old Town, a family run restaurant- their Tapas were Amazing the best we had. The room was lovely but there is one door for both the shower and the toilet so could only use one at a time and was not that private - we managed though and hubby just went onto the balcony when I needed to use the toilet, however this may be an issue for some. My hubby used the hotel gym and he says it was really good. At checkout you could put your suitcases into a locked room and we were given a card to use the showers in the gym at no cost. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great Hotel with a bouquet approach but when we visited it had large family group with various ages of children. No issues with this per say but the pool and dining room were not big enough to accommodate. We had a couple of minor issues with the room but these were resolved immediately. Staff very pleasant and attentive."

"Great value for money, staff is lovely and helpful, particularly Jose at the restaurant is amazing always make our family smile. Food is great, a bit too much of fried but good, great fresh fruits variety, kids ate churros every day, pool is really nice. Only thing that could improve in entertainment during the day."

"Went with a family of 4. Staff was amazing, breakfast was out of this world (included) where you can get anything from the menu plus a beautiful buffet with fresh salad fruit, fresh orange juice (and bubbles to make mimosas), chocolate croissant, breads of different kind, meats, cheese, coffee/hot chocolate etc. Pool area is very nice (outdoor) and an indoor area. Gym was great too and paella at the restaurant was very good. Very very well located in the middle of soller so access to everything. My kids loved their stay there."

"Fran, Eva, Katia, Anna, Nikolai, and Kacper were an outstanding entertainment team. They created an atmosphere that made it easy for both children and adults to join in the fun. Fran had a special talent for getting the adults involved in activities like water polo and the pool parties, making everyone feel welcome to participate. Eva and Katia did a fantastic job engaging the children with themed nights, games, and activities that they looked forward to every day. Every member of the front desk staff went out of their way to help whenever we needed assistance. Maria, in particular, was especially kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The scenery was stunning, the beach was beautiful, and taking an evening walk along the shore gave us the opportunity to see locals enjoying the beach as well, which made the experience feel even more authentic. As for the food, I’m usually not a fan of buffet style dining, but this resort was the exception. The food was consistently fresh, the selection was extensive, and I genuinely looked forward to every breakfast and dinner. There was always something new to try, and the quality exceeded my expectations."

"We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The reception was very helpful and because we had 1/2 board we even had dinner in the room.Breakfast had a nice selection and wasn’t crowded or noisy at all. The I would have liked different pillows and a little softer bed but the room was awesome! The cleaning staff were amazing and very thoughtful for my birthday they added balloons and bubbles to drink. This hotel is very centrally located and the best spot to enjoy the beach and port. I would highly recommended this hotel to friends."
