Hotel murah di Saas-Fee

"The staff ia friendly and helpful"

"The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

"Excellent"

"Hej underbart och ägaren var väldigt hjälpsam och gjorde min korta vistelse helt fantastisk."

"El hotel en general está bien, solo que se me hizo un poco viejo, la habitación estaba muy amplia aunque no me encantó su decoración, pero tenía balcón con vista bonita, el desayuno estaba súper bien y tienen el servicio de ir por ti a la estación, en general muy bien todo."

"We had a great stay"

"The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). The bed (although not the pillows) was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was...

"All was good!"

"Thankfully this wasn’t my first trip to Saas-Fee or I’d never go back… I’ve been going for more than 10 years and we have a place in the village but needed somewhere bigger to accommodate family. On arrival we had our apartment number on our booking and told the concierge on the phone. He said that he didn’t have the booking reference so as long as we had the number on our...

"Perfect place to stay!! Even thought it rained all around we had a nice respite in the hotel"

"absolutely gorgeous and friendly. The details and decor are beautiful! Wood carved ceilings and walls The spa made our trip after a full day of hiking . The best hotel we've ever stayed in. Wonderful breakfast as well."

"Staff were lovely. Great European breakfasts. Good location. But as it was in a heatwave we had the family room and the loft area for 2 more guests was extremely hot"
