"This might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The view, the rooms, the food, the spa, the staff, everything was just so amazing and everyone so helpful. My pickiness is I wish the steam rooms and saunas opened earlier. And there was some more flexibility with the kid swimming pool hours. But I get it, it is mainly geared towards adults. "The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. "Das Zimmer hat uns ausserordentlich gefallen. Alles aus hellem Holz. Einfach gemütlich, sauber, tip top. Wunderbares Panorama Fenster. TV hat einfach eingestellt, nicht kompliziert wie in gewissen Hotels. Das ganze Hotel, mit Skiraum, Restaurant, einfach super schön! Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. From the balcony you have a nice view to the mountains and it is sunmy in the afternoon. The chairlifts are 500 meters away and there is a small bus to nring us close tothe mountains. Breakfast is good and complete before a ski day. Would definitely recommend "

"The hotel is perfectly situated if you are going skiing, walk to the Glacier gondola and walk everywhere in town. The hotel has beautiful rooms, a spa that is so relaxing and the staff is welcoming and wonderful, I thought they must be the owners! The breakfast is a plentiful buffet and has the most amazing juicers!!!"
