Eincheckprozess etwas umständlich - modern gemeint, aber drüfte simpler sein. Sehr geräumiger, gut geheizter Skiraum. Coole Bar. Zu Fuss paar Minuten vom Shuttle zum Alpin Express, Lage optimal. "

"The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. From the balcony you have a nice view to the mountains and it is sunmy in the afternoon. The chairlifts are 500 meters away and there is a small bus to nring us close tothe mountains. Breakfast is good and complete before a ski day. Would definitely recommend "

"Die Zimmer sind sauber aber etwas zu klein. Die "Schränke" sind ohne Türen und schwarz in schwarz. Kleider muss man mit Taschenlampen suchen, da das Zimmerlicht nicht genügend ist. Die Lichtschalter sind vom Bett aus nicht erreichbar und sind zudem schwarz, wir hatten ein "Grünes" Zimmer. In der Dusche/Badewanne fehlen Handgriffe und eine Antirutscht-Matte. Das Personal ist Super und sehr Freundlich. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Angenehm ist auch der Aufenthaltsraum in 1.UG mit gratis warmen...

"We were upgraded to the Porta Cervino hotel. The staff and service were excellent They went the extra mile to make guests welcome and comfortable. I have everything good to say about the staff service and the hotel amenities. From Thomas at the reception to the General Manager Yannic. Only wish they had air conditioning though it was cool at night do we opened the windows in the evening for a bit. Also, we visited during the peak of the heat wave in Europe.
