The room was not finished vey well. The cabinets were almost falling apart. The staff is very friendly but the apartments were lacking in everyday kitchen amenities. The location is great- right at Playa Kalki and Go West dive shop.

Logement très bien situé à Westpunt avec des restaurants à quelques minutes de marche autour. Logement modeste mais très proche de la plage et avec une piscine très agréable après la plage. Le propriétaire et les employés sont très sympathiques et facilement joignables. Je recommande si vous désirez une expérience calme et authentique.

This apartment was perfectly located as a 1 min walk to kalki beach. My partner and I loved travelling across Curacao and hitting up all the different beaches during our the day but ending our day at kalki, watching the sunset, going for a swim and grabbing a drink from the resort bar next door was always the perfect way to cap off our afternoons. There’s also a couple of great restaurants nearby within a 10min walk, be sure to reserve a table though as they book up quick

Das Appartment im Dachgeschoss mit Meerblick ist toll gelegen. Besonders gut ist die Nähe zum Kalki-Beach, der zu Fuß in einer Minute erreicht wird. Sehr ruhige Umgebung.

Right from the start, our stay never felt right. "Check-in instructions" required us to inform the property of our ETA, which we did. Although, we didn't receive any information (we reached out earlier with some questions and didn't get a response until we reached out directly on their website) for check-in procedures which was a little unsettling. Instead, we were unsure about manually opening the gate (some heads up would have been nice). The place wasn't what we expected. And so many extra costs that were hidden: $20/day for A/C in kitchen, extra charge for housekeeping, extra charge for laundry. Things not included opposed to the add: TV, king bed was actually 2 beds side by side, no tub, ceiling fan broken in bedroom, and stove didn't work very well. When we informed the owner of our issues, he responded in a defensive matter like a bully, asking us if, "we could read" and "that's Expedia's fault". His professionalism was poor and I didn't appreciate his condescending demeanor towards my wife. There was maybe one other couple during our stay so the entire property was quite vacant. We thought we were offered to change rooms for the last couple of days to salvage our trip (lost in translation) but there was a charge required. At that point, the offer was tainted and felt out of spite, just to get a decent review. So, they doesn't actually care about their customers, just the review...

We had a wonderful stay. Mr Abraham is a terrific host and there is an onsite handyman that was just great and so pleasant. We were thankful for google translate however. When we first arrived we had been assigned a 3rd story apartment with a beautiful view (according to my husband) I have mobility issues so I didn’t go up and through my own fault I didn’t think to mention it. They immediately made accommodations for me and put us on the ground floor. We were grateful and lucky they had another apartment available. The apartment was clean but minimalist. No t.v but we didn’t miss it. We would recommend a few more kitchen items. There was one medium pot and two pans and no mixing bowls or containers of any kind. The pool area is beautiful and well kept and the location is 2 minutes from the beach and dive shop. We would definitely go back.

Excellentes vacances à cet endroit! La vue de l’appartement G est époustouflante, grand balcon qui nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas à l’extérieur et d’admirer les étoiles la nuit venue. Également, il y a une superbe piscine pour se détendre. Propriétaire super gentil et accueillant! Endroit tranquille et sécuritaire! Je recommande.

Nous avons eu un séjour parfait et inoubliable à Curaçao. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié d'être loin de la ville et Westpunt est idéal. À deux pas de la plage Kalki pour les couchers de soleil et la plongée, parfait! Le personnel de l'établissement est extraordinaire et fait partie intégrante de la réussite de notre voyage. Daniel est serviable, courtois, gentil et avenant. On se reverra certainement!

Good accomodation near beaches

Got the owner to arrange a taxi from the airport as we didn't want to hire a car for our stay. There is a local public bus service which is good but not frequent. We stopped at a supermarket before getting to the apartment and stocked up. We spent a week at westpunt in nos krusero. The room was clean and comfortable . Good shower, Aircon and a lovely view of the surrounding area. We were upstairs and had our own balcony,which was fantastic as it caught the breeze. We had a kitchenette and did our own cooking. Any problems we had were sorted promptly by the lovely man who works there. There are 3 good beaches, kalki, the nearest. Had a cafe . A 15 mins walk to forte beach, shingles beach but our favourite. Not busy and crystal clear water. Then piscardo beach, busy and again clear water. This is the beach where they feed the turtles. You can get food here too. Beaches get busy at weekends. We easily caught the bus into Willemstad, download the ABC app for information. It was 3 us dollars for two people one way. It's worth a look . The accommodation was just what we needed. Loads of parking for people with cars. And loads of choice of room choice. Nice pool too.

Hard to describe and I’m not one to criticize but will. First overall the room was ok but a deluxe, not. Many little things. Walked in the room which was clean but fridge wasn’t plugged in, took a day to get to temperature. Patio furniture looks good but it’s not comfortable for sitting. It’s a deluxe room yet only had one lounging chair. Patio is great though, large, private and overlooking the ocean. Pool area is quaint which was ok, however the furniture was homemade wood loungers and frankly got hard after a while. Finally, a pet peeve, basically although there was internet for five of the seven days it bordered on non functional. First two days speed was fine, actually could watch a show. Last five days, no speed (1-2 mbps) and it basically shut down every 5-10 minutes. Raised the issue several times and in the end never resolved. It is the south so we are ready to expect the unexpected, u fortunately we did have some unwanted insects. We took care of it and management did say they exterminated regularly but they were still there. Overall, location was great, view is fantastic but it is not a deluxe room. Maybe for this facility but not when compared to many others.

Near the best beaches

Nice place! Daniel was great helping us in everything we needed. As it is not a hotel, they don't offer many facilities, but it is worth going as it is just some steps to the Kalki beach. You can see a wonderful sunset from the balcony.

Great location, poorly maintained rooms.

The property is located in the heart of westpoint conveniently located to diveshops, restaurants and beaches. The property is very nice and well maintained - the guy on prem was very helpful and took great care of us. The room itself is quite awful though. The door slams in the wind so you need to wedge a plastic bag to shim it up if you want any peace and quiet during your stay. The couch is dilapidated to the point it's quite painful to sit on. The bed lacked a boxspring and the mattress was beaten up as well. The bed had a plastic cover on the mattress that was covered in blood, and the sheets were about as terrible as the toilet paper. I wasn't expecting to have 1000 threadcount Egyptian cotton or 3 ply Charmin, but honestly both were pretty bad. The bathroom needed plumbing attention - the sewer gas was seeping back into the room from either the sink or the shower or both. I spent most of the time trying avoid the room, which of course anyone would - Curacao isn't indoors. But it would be nice to have a bit better accommodations when you need a rest or want to unwind at the end of the day.

Very quiet and safe. Nice swimming pool. A good place for relaxing as a couple or family with children. Owner and employee very pleasant and helpful Far away from everything, no convenience store or walking distance restaurant, however, there is plan to have one. Near beach was nice but lots of little coral rock’s on shore, a protecting shoe is required.
