"The property, the location, the rooms, Staff meals. Everything was on point one thing I have to say that if you are a traveler, especially a woman and you bring a lot of clothes there is really no closet space also if you’re a person like myself that I like to buy extra food and then later on warm it up or I can’t finish my food and I warm it up. There’s no microwave in the room other than that it was phenomenal."

"I spent about 2 weeks at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, big, and clean (nice white towels!). It had all what I needed, including safe box, coffee in the room, a good TV. Good wi-fi signal. The bathroom's size was perfect with good water pressure. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was the best. I felt at home. I also used the parking which made me a little nervous because they lift you with your car on a small ramp to either the 2nd or 3rd floor. Someone from the staff usually went with me on the ramp which made me feel safer. Having the possibility of parking your car indoor is great. Walking distance from Viva Envigado shopping center and it's metro station. I highly recommend this hotel."
