"Stayed here to attend a conference on site which was convenient. Breakfast is very good and I really liked the on site spa and fitness facilities. The spa had a promotion with the hotel which was good. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. Would’ve appreciated a mini fridge in the room although the hotel staff allowed me to keep things in reception. The reception staff are generally very helpful except one male manager during my stay who was not very flexible or helpful."

"This hotel was the first stop we made when traveling from Canada. Unfortunately we only booked for one night however it was worth it! It was great to Uber from the airport and just spend our first evening in. We checked in, ate dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the hydrotherapy amenities of the hotel. "I booked a single room with twin bed but upgraded to a double bed and got a better room. The room itself was quite dark, except for first thing in the morning when the sun lit up the room and the bathroom, which was nice. The bedroom had only one central light (quite dark) and one bedside light, with no lighting over by the desk where the kettle/tea/coffee were, which was a little awkward. The bathroom was very nice, light, airy and spacious. The room itself was up and down a lot of stairs,...
