"The room was great. The bed was good. The pillows were way too fat for me so I couldn't sleep with their pillows. The mini fridge was not cold enough and there was no freezer part so that was frustrating. The pool and hot tub had no heat so I didn't use them though I booked this stay specifically to use them. The front automatic door was inoperable and I had to assist an elderly man in walking into the building while the front desk person just stood there. I would stay here again but I sure hope these things are addressed soon!"

"I booked a reservation for this hotel after flying in from OKC and they couldn't find my reservation. I was stranded in the parking lot with no transportation. They apologized two weeks later and said they cancelled it themselves do to construction going on."
