"Never normally leave reviews, but had to for this hotel. We didn't think much as we just needed a bed for the night for our trip back to UK. Everything was automated, no staff to speak to (which is introverts dream). We were in our electric car and there were so many chargers available to charge overnight. The room was the most modern room we stayed in for awhile. Bathroom was incredible, I took pictures for inspiration as we are looking to modernise our bathroom at home. Everything was just perfect - we didn't expect this when we paid around £50 for the night. One thing to note, restaurant was under construction when we visited (August 2026), but we found a nice pizza restaurant short walk away and had incredible meal."

"Excellent breakfast, and free bottled still & sparkling water available at all times. The names of the rooms are very misleading. We booked a superior twin room. We questioned whether indeed we had been allocated the correct room, and were told that we had.The room was very small and no tea & coffee making facilities. A very basic room. However. it had a good size bathroom with a nice walk in shower. It also had a small balcony with 1 chair. We enquired about the next category up - "Privilege" room for our next stay in Hameln. This is a bigger room & does include tea & coffee and bathrobes. But alot more expensive. If you don't mind a smallish room and don't think "superior" just normal, this hotel is located conveniently in walking distance of the town (through the park). And to reiterate the breakfast is really good and the free supply of drinking water was very much appreciated. Especially as we stayed during a heatwave >38°. NB There isn't any air-conditioning in the hotel. But very few hotels in Hameln have air-conditioning. The breakfast staff were excellent and friendly and the majority of the receptionists were friendly. But one of the younger female receptions was quite surly. We didn't see or use the sauna or swimming pool."

"Quiet clean hotel. Amenities minimal and not as advertised. No access to advertised roof top patio for example and nothing there anyway. No laundry machines for guests. No on site coffee or easy food options. Staff not very friendly. Parking more complicated than it needs to be. Location and setting very mixed. Short walk to town but not pleasant. Would stay in different area of central Hannover next time."

"Perfect hotel Location for visiting the city. Reception staff were superb and couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome, despite being fully booked. Room was quiet, well Maintained and clean. Good choice of breakfast, continental and hot offerings. Bonus having onsite parking. If, and when we visit Hannover again we wouldn’t hesitate in booking this hotel."

"Hotel was lovely and clean / breakfast and the restaurant serve very good food highly recommended. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are very professional. The surrounding area is quiet but nice and within easy reach of Hannover Centre. My only comment is the the single business rooms are not so in keeping with the rest of the hotel and need some updating. However rooms are clean and functional. If i were to stay again i would go for a double room to get a bigger bed."
