Getting ready for bed we heard several super loud noises - which were disconcerting. Surmised it had something to do with trash bins! Sounded like boulders being tossed into a dumpster.

I expected more from this hotel. Here's my list of the positives first: nice warm blankets. Here's my list of the negatives: plugs either didn't work or our phone chargers fell out, the hairdryer didn't work, the ceiling lightbulb was dead, and our keys didn't work - we had to have them reprogrammed so we couod enter our room. Otherwise a good stay.

I went this wekeend wasn’t able to check in til like 4 line was crazy long.They made us check out at 11 knowing they messed up on us and door didn’t close all the way , one tv in the room was broken, I had breakfast and luckily caught it before eating I found a long black hair in the eggs and the lady says what I told her I found a hair and she got mad somewhat and took the eggs back but you know I was looking out for other one of the worst stays I’ve had.

I think this is my favorite check in and hotel stay by far. The manager and the young lady at the front desk when checking in were awesome, even though they were busy (phones continuously ringing). The manager was so hands on, it was pretty refreshing to see..

Not a peaceful stay
Everything was well, got in very late. I asked for a late checkout and was given 11:30. Cleaning crew started banging on my door at 9:30 and did so again two more times after that a half hour apart. So much for trying to sleep in and recharge for the day.

Not a good experience to stay
When we arrived, our room was leaking, one of bed was wet. They refused to give us a new room at first, then changed us a new room while we instated. Some opened our door at mid-nigh because they forgot to put our new room in system and front desk gave our new room key to new customers. We also need to get our room keys refreshed.
