This hotel does not have visible signs at night. We arrived to hotel at 10 pm and drove around the block 3 times due to no signage being visible. Which caused us an extra 30 minutes delay after our long drive. Then $45 for valet parking (ridiculous).

Valet and check in took a few hours because they said they were fully booked the night before and they didn’t have enough staff cleaning rooms or running/parking cars. There is no where else to park if you don’t do valet, and the hotel only has a curb side. Tons of cars were backed up on the street. They do give you a welcome drink. Facilities were clean and staff friendly, the area is pretty sketchy with homeless and druggies but that’s anywhere in California these days, very close to the shops and golden one.
