Pro:
- very good location, felt safe, near other properties
- restaurants nearby (short driving distance, open late nights)
- community and rooms are decent, definitely acceptable
Con:
- parking lot is under construction, lot can be full, if you get back late, no parking (happened to me)
- room cleaning is every other day (Note: we called in for each day for room cleaning and the hotel performed without fail)
- Consistently, counter staff can be a little more customer...

"No one cleaned the rooms; furthermore, they smell—and certainly not of cleanliness. It is a very stale odor; the smell even lingers in the elevator. Behind the nightstand (you don't even have to move it—everything is clearly visible), everything is covered in grime and clumps of dust. Hyatt's quality has really gone downhill."

"The price was good. The staff was helpful but not overly friendly, doing the job. The room was great! Good size with a recliner and the bathroom was a good size. I had a king bed that slept well. I think there are people actually living in some of the units and many homeless in the area so the property felt questionable but there is security and they moved people off that weren't supposed to be there. It's near a ramp for the freeway but noise was not a problem. I would stay again."
