"Clean rooms, unfortunately our smart TV did not work which was a damper"

"Room was clean and they had everything that was advertised. Breakfast in the morning was crazy. You gotta get down there right when they open at 6am or it’ll be hard to even get food or find a table. The elevator system was different you have to pick the floor you’re going to and tap your room key and it’ll tell you which elevator to get on. The day we checked in it was so busy it was hard to even get to the elevators but that would be my only complaint. The best part is it’s only a few feet away from downtown time square which was really convenient."

"Second stay here. Rooms are spacious. Washroom is small. Great location. Breakfast is good. Loud due to construction outside during the night."

"We loved staying at the pod times square! Stayed here for a weekend trip with my best friend and loved the bunk bed layout for the 2 of us. Great location and staff are very friendly. Would stay here again!"

"The staff was amazing. The venue is old and worn out. There is one elevator, I waited 10 minutes to get to my floor. Housekeeping does a good job of making it as clean as possible, but the bed creaks, and the rugs are in need of replacement. As is everything in the room. Although it was not cheap, for a NYC hotel room, it was affordable. The room was quiet. TV worked well."
