Staff was kind and friendly. Room was nice enough but not very clean. Hair in the shower and used soap and a finger nail clipping on the bedside table. Linens were nice and clean

The stay was good and the room was great. The problem was that I booked the room online and when we got there they didn't have the room booked through Hotels.com.
