Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Rude staff, hotel did not feel clean, Godzilla head terrace was closed. The rooms felt neglected and hot. Pictures online did not match the reality of the room you would be getting. Self check in while staff not doing anything, “premium” rooms just average, REALLY expensive food and drinks with very small sizes in hotel bar. Breakfast buffet small and limited choice. Filter coffee only. Not recommended
