"I was traveling alone and I felt more than safe! The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy!"

"The suite was spacious, well appointed and generally comfortable. The couch wasn't comfortable for me to sleep on, but it worked! My only other negative is the phones aren't connected to the hotel and reaching the front desk wasn't possible. Very clean, wonderful staff and again, the room(s) were beautiful! I look forward to staying again!"

"The uncontrolled children, running up and down the hall and stomping well past 10pm and then again at 7am was terrible! The parents were all down stairs in the lobby, so kids were unsupervised! Also, in the pool as well. Also, the curtains in the room don't block out the day light in the morning. Breakfast was nice"

"Very friendly staff. We had several issues we needed addressed and they were prompt in giving help even late at night and early in the morning. Comfortable and safe. I do wish they'd revamp how their breakfast room is set up. Accessing the food was a circus and stressful. And more options would have been nice. "

"They overbooked, I arrived 10pm at night to check in and there was a giant line. Two families were told to go to the pasco red lion since they had no rooms, one couple got a key and came back within 10min and said you gave us a key to a room that is already taken and a family was in the room when we went in. It was ridiculously overpriced for a crappy hotel."
