"Brown's Canyon has found that sweet spot between the high-priced lodge and the chain motels. Reasonably priced, yet well maintained & kept up to date, Brown's is a little quirky with some extra touches not always noticed on the first stay. The other returning clients one meets here (like me) know. Conversations between guests seem to come easier here than at a chain hotel. The staff is friendly, local, caring, and helpful. "

"Great place to stay for one night as we were passing through town to head west. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Only negatives were the thin walls - we could hear guests in an adjoining room. Breakfast was grab and go, which suited our needs, and the coffee was good."

"Bedding and towels were fresh and clean. It was a very cozy cabin with a good heater and fireplace, warmed up quickly. Great convenient location, private, quiet, and comfortable furniture with TV in the living room. Bed was very comfortable! I would stay there again and would recommend it."

"Beds were comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed the hammock that was in the room. We were on a ground level room and people above us seemed to be practicing a country line dance but nothing some ear plugs couldn't take care of. Didn't use them but the hot tubs looked nice and the outdoors seating area was comfortable."
