"This was an amazing hotel. I would absolutely stay here again. The room had one of the best air conditioning units I ever used in a hotel. Very easy to use. And the room had a ceiling fan! The whole layout of the room was amazing, especially the bathroom. Water temperature and pressure were perfect. Great bidet. The restaurant had delicious food. The staff were top notch. No complaints at all."
"This was likely the best hotel I have ver stayed at. Felt so private and decided with the MOST AMAZING views!! We had one of the floating apartments and it was so worth it! Hotel staff were really friendly and nice. Buffet breakfast was nice to be included too and offered a good selection of continental and Thai. Location was very secluded but shops and restaurants around were good too. Plenty of activities to do in the area - staying in Kanchanaburi was my favourite part about our Thailand...
"I was there with my family for our vacation. We loved the hotel because it made us feel like we were in the jungle. However, if you’re thinking about getting a Thai massage at the hotel, I suggest going somewhere else. My mom and I were very disappointed with the service; I think they really need more training. Also most of the employees there are Burmese, not Thai."
"Kamer aan de rivier was mooi en rustig. Desondanks ze een grote groep op bezoek hadden, deden ze alles om ons verblijf zo goed mogelijk te maken. Engels in het hotel is wel beperkt, maar met Google translate verstonden we elkaar en regelden ze voor ons een taxi naar de hellfire pass en waterval. Enige minpuntje is het ontbijt, dit is echt wel beperkt qua keuze"
