"Very courteous and helpful staff. Free breakfast included for all. At breakfast they provide free complimentary foot massage. The masseuse are blind and do a great join. At breakfast they also provide live flute music - played by a blind individual. This empathy showed by the hotel administration should be advertised. Based on this, we have opted to return back on our next trip to Bombay."

"There are not eating places around the area that would be suitable for Western tourists. But the hotel cafateria is good wiyh great basic Indian meals. The area around the hotel is typical of working area of small shops and scooter repair shops. Best thig us hotel is very close to metro stations."

So this shows that there was no prior check done before providing the keys. After 3-4 attempts they somehow removed the water from fridge but the fridge did not work at all. My parents are old and I couldn’t keep their medication in the fridge. We spent at least 1 hr in this mess. I had given them clear instructions on the breakfast...
