"Our original apartment ended up having a plumbing issue, so we were upgraded, free of charge, to a bigger one and it was perfect.
Close to the riverwalk, las olas blvd, the beach, great restaurants and it’s located in a great little area that you can walk throughout the neighborhood.
Would definitely stay here again in our next visit to Ft. Lauderdale. "

"After only being on the property for 1 hour I need to relax and wine down. I decided to shower and the bathroom was infested with nets. Overwhelming I could not believe this was happening in a hotel. Poor cleaning and maintenance. I decided to checkout immediately and was on given less than 1/3 of my money. "We initially had a room on level 2, the room wasnt clean, it was dark and pretty much nasty, nothing like the pictures. We went to the reception and the lady nicely upgraded us on level 5. by being on the level 5, everything was ok but hotel is really a 3 stars. Amenties, pool and beach are very nice. Valet service as well very professionnal. Restaurant food is ok but cafe is very good on the lobby floor."

"Beautiful stay right off the beach and boardwalk. Parking was directly outside the room which made everything super convenient. It was only about a one-minute walk to the beach and located right in between Ocean Drive. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the property was clean throughout the stay.
