Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. "The beds were extremely clean and very comfortable. The hosts were really welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and warm. I would recommend that more blinds or curtains are placed on windows (upstairs hallway, bathroom) and some plumbing fixtures need attention (bath, downstairs toilet flush). Also, I was taken by surprise by the constant visitors in the back garden, where clean sheets for other houses are stored. They would let themselves in, without notice, right outside the patio doors....

"My family and I absolutely loved this charming quiet house! With a seven-minute walk to the main bus line and 15 minutes to the tube, as well as many grocery stores and bakeries nearby, it's perfect for living like a local. It rained a lot but we were happy to be in our cozy house. It's about a 30-60 minute ride on public transport though to many tourist sites, but we enjoyed bringing a book along for our double-decker bus rides across town! "

"room was small, but usable, well appointed and clean. one negative stands out; because there was just one stool for sitting, the bed had a lot of wear along one edge making it feel like it was sloped. the property needs to either flip the mattress over regularly so that it will wear evenly, or replace the worn mattresses more often. also, the rooms should have some form of mini refrigerator."
