Room was clean , great breakfast and dinner . But had a problem with staff , despite that negative situation on trip the agm Torrance apologized for the wrongness on his staff end and gave us another free night for the inconvenience.

We enjoy the cottages here. It’s convenient for us when we visit my college kid. Check in is easy, casino is nearby, cottages are clean, close to plenty of dining and shopping. This room had mold and a cockroach. Had not been cleaned there was mold around the front entrance. I have 4 pictures showing the issue. We want a refund.
