Delicious made to order breakfast
Our room sink was dirty when we arrived, the lady was very quick and apologetic and cleaned it immediately . Shower ran cold after 1 person .
10 minutes drive from Preston football stadium and Deepdale shopping center."

"Every where was immaculate, I had a single room and there was even an iron and board in the room, which was beautifully decorated. Cliff the host was so welcoming and the breakfast was delicous, so much choice always cooked fresh.
Will definately be coming back"

"The room looked better than the photos online. It was spotless and everything was just right - the linens, the carpet, the water temperature in the shower.
Sam was an amazing host - when there was an issue with the booking and I encountered issues trying to resolve it with the booking platform - she was helpful and reassuring. My stay was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious - loved the granary bread and I forgot to ask Sam about the coffee - exceptional blend, I want to buy some....
