"Beautiful hotel! The property is right across the street from Daikin Park. The Astros game started at 3pm and we were able to check in early. The staff (valet, doorman, check-in, bar/restaurant waiters) were all super accommodating. Restaurant was delicious. "Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Due to my flight out of Houston, I asked for an extra hour for check out and it was no issue. Breakfast and coffee was what you would expect so it was fine. Location was perfect for going to the ballpark. No complaints."

"Very unpleasant stay. The "security" was extremely rude when I asked for help. He was on his phone while I spoke to and ignored my presence and concern. I was unable to check out after waiting for 30 minutes while the front desk was "in the bathroom". The room floor was not cleaned, various items on the floor."
